Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Project Manager, Hospital Integration to join our Abiomed Team. We are open to remote candidates for this position. This position will cover hospitals within the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary liaison between hospital IT/IS and Abiomed for activating connected products

  • IT subject matter expert for the hospital customer on connected product technology

  • Ability to drive IT approval (including security assessments) for connected services

  • Coordinate internal, cross functional resources to execute the implementation of connectivity on the hospital network with customer satisfaction

  • Identify and implement process efficiencies to optimize time to go-live.

  • Coordinate and lead external meetings with hospital stakeholders (IT, biomed, sponsor, administration, etc.) to maintain forward progress toward approval and go-live.

  • Administrate institutional, device, and user access management

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services with coordination of appropriate resources to execute on solutions

  • Communicate launch and deployment status to leadership

  • Assist leadership with analysis on an ad hoc basis when required

  • Support our field team with use and adoption of connected products

  • Support internal projects as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree or IT/Program management certification preferred

  • 4 years Information Technology experience required; prior hospital IT experience strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated understanding of IT infrastructure including networking and firewalls.

  • Demonstrated project and resource management skills

  • Ability to lead resources and execute on delivery timelines

  • Committed to operating with a sense of urgency and a positive winning attitude

  • Excellent writing / verbal communication skills to interact with customers, and ability to maintain and develop customer relationships.

  • Ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing

  • Strong individual contributor. Speaks up when important information or questions must be raised and takes action when issues must be addressed.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $144,000

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

§ Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

§ Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

§ This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

§ Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
