The Role at a Glance

Lincoln National Corporation seeks an Sr. Analyst, Application Development in Radnor, PA. Analyze, design, code, debug, integrate, and test complex software application solutions for systems and Lincoln Financial Group digital experience access by customers, advisors, and employees. Implement Lincoln’s overall LFG.com and LincolnFinancial.com solutions using a Web Content Management System. Analyze, evaluate, and enhance Web Content Management System processes and IT services focused on Lincoln website configuration and provide detailed IT architecture and design activities, as well as analyze user needs and IT software requirements to determine feasibility or design within time and cost restraints. Install, configure, and provide insight for end-to-end Web Content Management Systems solutions including documentation of detailed IT requirements and functional specifications with client teams and interaction with the business team, team members, and offshore developers to solve implementation issues and work with IT security, risk, and compliance teams to interpret policies and standards to ensure that they are properly followed by new and existing Web Content Management System Solutions. Use technologies such as Oracle Web Center Sites, Java, Angular, jQuery, RESTful micro services, HTML 5, CSS 3, Java Script, GIT, Eclipse, and Web Content Management System customization in order to analyze, design, code, test, debug, implement, and support solution systems either through development of new systems or the enhancement of existing systems.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or a closely related field and 6 years of experience utilizing technologies such as Oracle WebCenter Sites, Java, Spring Boot, Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition, Java Server Pages, and HTML in order to design, create, and provide continued support for web content and site management. Experience must include the following: 6 yrs: Utilizing Oracle WebCenter Sites Web Experience Management System to create, analyze, improve, test, and maintain websites. 6 yrs: Utilizing Java technologies Java, Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition, Java Server Pages, and JavaScript in order to design, code, develop, and test java applications for webinterface and HTML pages. 4 yrs: Utilizing Spring Boot technologies to create Spring-based applications which can run independently without an external web server and provide analysis on application features such as metrics, configuration, and site health and viability. 4 yrs: Utilizing HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) to create and code web pages for desktop and mobile access. Pay Range: $132,330 - $184,500

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
