Job Description:
The Treasury Sales Associate (TSA) will be partnered with the Client Manager to focus on developing strategies to grow revenue with Public Sector Banking clients. Key accountabilities include:
Independent focus of treasury sales opportunities
Supporting all activities from sale through implementation
Ongoing client relationship management
Driving and growing Treasury products revenue
Responsibilities:
Support Client Managers in driving portfolio growth; including client/prospect research; proposal development, and other ad hoc sales support duties
Participate in in-person calling activities with Client Managers
Prepare treasury services reviews, and identify treasury products and services sales opportunities
Prepare account schematics, proposal documents and sales presentations
Assist in identifying solutions to client needs
Partner with Fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of Treasury Solutions to our clients and post-sale satisfaction
Produce pricing/cost benefit proformas and confer with the Client Manager regarding non-standard pricing and negotiation
Resolve any non-sales client issues
Assist clients in navigating the Bank by liaising with the Client Service, Fulfillment, Credit and other partner teams
Required Skills:
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in major financial institution’s corporate client facing role
Knowledge of cash management and treasury products
Excellent analytical, sales, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
Experience working in a fast-paced environment as part of a larger team
Proven experience developing rapport with clients, colleagues and other business partners
Ability recognize risk mitigation opportunities and escalation of of issues
Microsoft Office 365 experience
Some travel required
Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent work experience
