Compensation: $20.15 /hr

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Accountable for the production of food-safe products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Palletizing products as they come off the line in proper stack patterns

  • Ensure the stacking area is clean and free of contaminants, stack and pick ingredients for production’s needs

  • Accountable for the production of food-safe products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Food Safety Management

  • Loading & unloading trucks

  • Operate forklift

  • Stacking bags

  • Housekeeping

  • Safety - responsible for safety of themselves and teammates

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer

  • Cargill requires that employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation

  • Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends or different shifts with advance notice

  • Previous High Reach and Sit Down forklift experience

  • Basic math skills

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a production or plant environment

  • High School diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience​​​

  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
