We are looking for experienced Scrum Master to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver engineering services for network infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflow that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. Network infrastructure engineering services are comprised of core infrastructure, voice and video engineering, field engineering, application management and development for networks, network analytics, firewalls, network access controls and bandwidth service delivery. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Mandatory Skills:
Hold the following Professional Certifications: Project Management Professional (i.e. PMI PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Leadership Coaching
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with serving as a Lean Agile and leadership coach for anIT organization that comprises of Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering and Operations, Software Development, Security, and Close Support.
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience coaching and facilitating team building and leadership offsite events.
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with serving as an Enterprise Scrum Master using Lean Agile, setting up new projects and workflows within Jira, developing project milestone and sprint burn-up charts using ERDOS, as well as facilitating division level sprint planning and grooming ceremonies for an IT organization that comprises of Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering and Operations, Software Development, Security, and Close Support.
Demonstrated on-the-job ability to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements with the ability to recommend or take required corrective actions; skilled at risk identification and management; and communicate effectively to the customer, stakeholder, and project team.Demonstrated on-the-job outstanding communication skill and ability to articulate complex resource and technical issues to a range of audiences.
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with leading and managing enterprise level projects that has a multi-disciplinary cross-organizational project teams from start to end using the Project Management Framework (PMF) and or Lean Agile Project Management methodology.
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with managing multiple concurrent projects, short deadlines, and competing priorities.Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience to identify programmatic challenges, risks, and constraints coupled with strong ability to convey well thought mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience to lead and manage infrastructure engineering projects using the Agile methodology and ability to recognize challenges and make recommendation for necessary changes needed to help projects successful operating within the Agile construct.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with developing and managing resource loaded project
schedules using MS project.
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios,
products and sprints.
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with using SharePoint as a document repository.
Demonstrated on-the-job ability to communicate (orally and in writing) the most complex technical concepts and project information, tailoring ideas, explanations, and concepts to executive and senior managers.
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with leading and managing a cross functional infrastructure engineering (i.e. network, storage, compute, platform, and middleware) and software developer to engineer/develop a brand new IT hosting infrastructure that includes the footprint on-premises and in the cloud (e.g. AWS).
Demonstrated on-the-job ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors.
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge of enterprise technical architecture, services-oriented architectures, security requirements, and operating environments
Demonstrated a broad knowledge of IT components, missions and strategies.
Demonstrated familiarity with issues, policies, systems, and working relationships
Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with coaching/guiding an IT organization through the transition from Project Management Framework (PMF) and Agile methodology framework and champion the Agile adaption.
Familiarity with service catalog, IT Gateway, ESP, JIRA, Hive and SharePoint
Expertise and knowledge in the entire development system life cycle
Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies
Experience working with the government
Perform Quality and Assurance (Q&A)
Configuration Management
Data Analysis: ability to identify, control, record, report, audit and verify/validate Configuration Item (CI) attributes
Experience with data comparison, migration and planning
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
