Lockheed Martin Space in Highlands Ranch, CO Integrated Capture Planner V to support the Lockheed Martin Space Technology Development and New Business Capture ecosystem. Reporting through the Enterprise Performance organization, this role serves as a key integrator of new business and new technology strategy and knowledge across the Development and Operational functions of the company. By understanding our New Business and Technology strategies and roadmaps, you will be able to efficiently disseminate and gather key information and consensus across the supporting organizations, bring the right operational resources to bear at the right time to increase Win Percentage and a Start Green, Stay Green posture on new program start-ups.

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders in our Business Development organization, as well as with the Product Center, and Line of Business Stakeholders to bring our Enterprise Performance resources to bear seamlessly in support of Capture and Proposal efforts

• Help refine the Capture through Win CONOPS, develop best practices for communication, staffing, and proposal support and development for Enterprise Performance

• Utilize our Enterprise Planning resources and information systems to foster an integrated proposal development, program win and start-up approach, and lead our functional support teams to the best possible new business submittals

Our level 5 employees typically have 15-20 years of experience.

Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our Highlands Ranch, CO facility and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate on a 9x80 schedule.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with 13-15 years of prior experience in strategic planning, new business development/strategy, and/or new technology development

• Experience developing high-level, multi-organizational strategies and plans

• Experience working with Business Development and Mission Support and Advanced Capabilities organizations

• Must have an active Top Secret clearance

• Experience as a team lead or leader

Desired Skills:

• Education and experience in Political Science and/or International Relations

• Experience in a DOD, customer-driven environment, preferably within a Space Command

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
