We are seeking a System Integration and Test Engineer Associate Manager to work on the Lockheed Martin Sustaining Lunar Development Team to work from planning through execution to deliver humans back to the moon.

You will be responsible for leadership of the teams designing, building, and maintaining the Lunar Test Labs, Emulators, and Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE). You will be responsible for planning and development of the system-level integration and test labs and products for Lockheed Martin. Along with this, you will support system-level integration and development tests. You will also be responsible for working with internal and external groups to develop requirements and plans to build, deliver, and verify a functional system.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree (Electrical Engineering/Software Engineering/Engineering Physics/Computer Science preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education.

• Experience in high value hardware (spacecraft preferred) level manufacturing, design, and testing: including development of test plans, procedures, scripts, schematics, harnessing, and PCBs.

• Full Spectrum Leadership demonstrated experience with strong oral, written and presentation skills, along with the ability to achieve consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members and customers.

• Adaptive and willing to work in a fast-paced production environment with evolving requirements and dynamic schedules with minimal direct oversight

• Electrical design background

Desired Skills:

• Electrical Ground Support Equipment and/or Flight Hardware Design Experience

• Experience writing Test Plans, Test Procedures, and Manufacturing Work Instructions in LM's Automation Framework (or industry equivalent)

• 3+ Years of leading a hardware team to meet deliverables on schedule and in budget

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $100,400 - $192,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
