Lockheed Martin Space has an immediate opportunity on the Intelligent Factory team for a dynamic and assiduous individual to help design and implement our complex Factory Digital Twin capability across multiple campuses. To help us along this journey, Space is seeking a qualified candidate for a key position on the Transformation Intelligent Factory team. We’re looking for someone with passion and enthusiasm to enable our strategic vision through enhanced Agile process and methodologies to drive substantial efficiency gains across our Value Stream.

In this Sr. level role, you will support the Intelligent Factory Team with primary responsibilities including but not limited to the followings:

1) Perform Project Management duties with full accountability for project execution including cost, schedule, risk and opportunity management, and technical baseline management.

2) Lead/support the planning, design, implementation, verification, installation, sustainment, risk assessment, and cost/savings analysis of the project.

3) Coordinate with Operations, Programs, Facilities, Networking, Security, Communications, and IT teams for the design and implementation of this capability across all Space sites.

4) Partner with our internal customers to develop their business case for implementation.

5) Apply cybersecurity standard methodologies to ensure high compliance status is met.

6) Fully leverage your interpersonal and communication skills by being the voice of our customers to help deliver on this critical enterprise program.

7) Communicate up to Leadership across the Business Transformation broader team regularly and proactively

8) Apply a OneLM mindset to drive synergies across business areas.

9) Finalize the User Experience (UX) upgrades with our eWhiteBoard enhanced deployment schedule.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Project Management experience with demonstrated skills in the planning and execution of technically complex cross-functional projects on accelerated timelines

2. Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries and engage multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members, customers, and senior leadership

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with solid presentation skills and capable of briefing audiences large or small of varying technical knowledge

Desired Skills:

a) Familiarity with Digital Twin and IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things) technologies

b) Experience in the design, build or testing of aerospace hardware

c) Knowledgeable and passionate about Digital Transformation efforts with a proven track record of successfully working initiatives in the design, fabrication, or test areas.

d) Understanding of development, deployment and sustainment of IT systems, architectures, and applications

e) Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment

f) Demonstrated CAM experience on production projects

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
