BAE Systems Project Manager - Conference Execution Lead in Hill AFB, Utah

Job Description

Join BAE Systems team and support Minuteman III s senior leaders. This position supports the Minuteman III Weapon Systems Directorate and provides exceptional exposure to all things Minuteman III. You re learn about the organization, the weapon system and external stakeholders.

You will be part of a multi-skilled, customer-oriented team and serve the Minuteman III Weapon Systems Directorate as the Directorate conference lead responsible for scheduling, coordinating and executing senior level conferences. This includes collecting briefings, reviewing for proper security markings and format, scheduling conference rooms, coordinating briefers and briefing schedules, ensuring MS Teams connectivity for all participants, monitoring live MS Teams chats and rooms and providing hard copies of briefings to senior leaders. You will also be responsible to record conferences and provide access to those recordings to participants on the customer shared drives. You will be the central subject matter expert for all conferences.

Your duties will also include critical time-sensitive taskings across the directorate as you facilitate down and in and up and out communications and reporting for Enterprise and Division-level conferences. You will assist your team to ensure communications and official responses are appropriately drafted, staffed and coordinated. Other duties include drafting outgoing executive level correspondence, briefings, and mandatory daily critical information data reporting, and working to ensure the MMIII Director is prepared with the necessary background information to support participation in award ceremonies, meetings, conferences, tours, and strategic communications. This is a customer-facing, high-visibility position that will require you to work closely with front office staff, the customer s leadership, and directorate senior leaders and their administrative staff. You will be interacting with the customer in a rapidly evolving environment to ensure the customer has what they need to execute the mission.

You will also assist your team as need, providing critical back up across the team such as emergency management, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, employee and organizational award tasks, retirement coordination, and various other administrative or technical functions as assigned.


Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • 4 years of college or equivalent.

  • Experienced and proficient with MT Teams and use of audio-visual equipment.

  • Experienced and well versed in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel, PowerPoint and Word), have the ability to type.

  • Critical thinking skills and comprehensive reading skills.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure reporting timelines with accuracy and courtesy.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.

  • Be customer-service oriented.

  • Be comfortable working alone or in a group.

  • Be comfortable with public speaking.

  • Have excellent writing and editing skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience managing and facilitating conferences.

  • Expertise using MS Teams.

  • General understanding of how to work directly with military officers.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $64440 - $109530

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
