Job Description

BAESystems is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team for anexciting opportunity supporting the Minuteman III (MMIII) IntercontinentalBallistic Missile (ICBM) weapon system. The successful candidate will work in the Reentry System Reentry Vehicle(RSRV) Branch supporting the acquisition, development, and build of new DepotSupport Equipment (DSE). The Engineer willbe an integral part of a team that works closely with Government Engineers andPMs on requirements development, acquisitions documentation, and programexecution. The position is located atHill AFB, Utah. US citizenship status is required.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering with 10 years experience

  • Master's degree with 7 years experience

  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)

  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong initiative, and organize daily tasks with minimal or no supervision

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Master s degree in electrical engineering or related area

  • Familiarity with ICBMs and working within a Department of Defense organization

  • Experience with test equipment and testing

  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering processes

  • Ability to create and make presentations

  • DoD Top Secret Clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $106654 - $181311

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
