J&J Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an Associate Director Strategic Insights & Analytics for PSC - PECs. This position will be based in Titusville NJ.

Job Description

The Associate Director, Patient Insights & Analytics Patient Service Center, is responsible for generating, integrating, and translating insights and analytics from the Patient Service Center to identify areas for growth & optimization and support decision making. This position will use data (PSC, SP, LADD, etc.) to uncover new opportunities to increase patient fulfillment, support, and adherence. This position will work closely with PSC leads, PECS Px leads, JJT (including IBM) and SIA brand partners to deliver insights.

The individual must have exceptional leadership skills, having demonstrated the ability to clearly and concisely deliver insights, lead collaboration across teams, inspire without authority, and encourage smart risk-taking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Patient Insights & Analytics Patient Service Center SIA point of contact.

  • Integrate multiple data sets to build a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the patient journey to shape and refine patient and customer focused solutions.

  • Deliver insights that continue to optimize the processes defined and managed by the Patient Service Center.

  • Lead comprehensive assessments to understand the HCP & patient journey and define market research and data strategies that will help support the business needs, while minimizing friction for the patient.

  • Present complex issues in a clear and persuasive manner effectively communicating recommendations to cross functional teams and business partners.

  • Apply basic consulting skills, including consultative listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and oral and written presentation for impact.

  • Collaborate across the SIA teams to integrate customer experiences insights across functional and therapeutics areas.

  • The ability to demonstrate leadership courage in order to set boundaries and ensure time is spent on the most critical/high value projects is critical.

  • Stay abreast of emerging healthcare & pharmaceutical industry trends and assess their potential impact on our franchise business strategies. Act with speed, agility and accountability.

  • Cultivate meaningful internal and external partnerships, adding value and insights for the organization; being insight driven to uncover important unmet needs.

  • Take personal accountability for making Credo-based decisions and fostering a Credo-based culture.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

Qualifications

Education:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required; advanced degree is desirable.

Required:

  • Minimum of seven (5) years of related professional experience is required

  • Current or previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of pharma datasets, is required

  • General management mindset, business acumen, strategic thinking required.

  • Advanced analytical skills with strong ability to interpret data and make informed projections/assertions is required

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage insights and analytics required.

  • Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions required.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and define the problem with a disciplined approach to solving is required.

Preferred:

  • Proven analytical skills and learning agility in order to coach and train colleagues across multiple functions

Other:

Job will require approximately 10% travel (domestic)
