In this role, you will be responsible to:
Responsible for executing learning operations strategy through the enablement of digital / technology experience, vendor
operations, metrics & insights, learning and content standards, learning admin, and reporting. Direct and oversee J&J IM North
America Learning Excellence digital transformation initiatives, in alignment with J&J Learn.
Oversee teams of J&J IM North America Learning Excellence L&D COE operations in Digital / Tech Experience, Admin
& Reporting, Vendor Management & Operations, Learning / Content Standards, and Metrics, Insights, Dashboard
Develop service level and performance indicators to measure COE operation services, performance and ensure
business expectations are met
Collaborate with Head, Capabilities & Performance Excellence, Director, Learning Liaison on strategic business, and
learning demand planning and Associate Director of Learning Creation to inform learning experience and enablement
needs for design and development, and any operational support needs (e.g., vendor)
Identify opportunities to improve/enhance and advance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning operations and/or standards
Drive overall J&J IM North America Learning Excellence L&D organizational learning performance impact measurement strategy and standards
Tell a compelling story for how J&J IM North America Learning Excellence L&D drives impact and communicate to executive stakeholders (e.g., Commercial L&D org, D2 Leads, TA SL&D leads, etc.)
Bring innovative ideas to enhance learning enablement and effectiveness
Oversee J&J IM North America Learning Excellence learning technology strategy, selection, and implementation roadmap
Work in partnership with the J&J Learn team to leverage organizational best practices for implementation within the J&J IM organization.
Assemble and share J&J IM North America Learning Excellence L&D standards and best practices across COE and TAs / Business Learning Groups to drive quality and consistency around learning technology, metrics / measurement and vendor practices
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree; Masters in Learning Preferred
Required:
10 years industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in people management required
Previous experience leading Learning Experience Design or Learning Technology teams required
Strong understanding of future focused L&D best practices and technologies (AI, etc.) and learning design and development required
The base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
