The Group Product Director, Prostate Cancer Marketing will be accountable for shaping the strategic approach across healthcare provider, payer, and patient marketing for a launch in the prostate cancer space. The candidate will develop integrated launch strategy in the prostate cancer space, while directing marketing activities, designing promotional materials, and planning & executing promotional programs to establish and sustain a leadership position within the marketplace.

This role will serve as a critical link to all brand leads in the development of the launch strategies. This is inclusive of new indications or line extensions. Leveraging the learnings across the franchise will be critical. The Group Product Director, Prostate Cancer Marketing , must work closely with multiple functions including Brand Marketing, Franchise Marketing, Sales, Sales training, Business Analytics, Strategic Customer Group, Medical Affairs, HECOR/Value and Real-world Evidence, R&D, Global Strategic Marketing, Alliance Management, Corporate Communications and outside vendors in order to effectively execute key commercial activities.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Essential Functions:

  • Build coordinated launch readiness marketing plans and lead the development of business goals and strategic imperatives. Key components will include detailed tactical plans, agency management, budget management, sales materials, PRC/regulatory review, and creative/message development and execution.

  • Represent US on Global Commercial Teams (GCT) and provide input to Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) on development of global vision, positioning; trademark and branding, and key pre-launch initiatives. Partner closely with global strategic marketing to ensure alignment of US strategy to broader launch strategy

  • Lead alliance management

  • Develop companion diagnostic strategy

  • Develop digital promotional assets. Ensures robust execution plan is developed and executed in close partnership with field sales leadership.

  • Partner with Learning Excellence, Engagements & Operations team to ensure sales specialists are knowledgeable on the products, disease state, and execution.

  • Lead rollout of new agile content development model and implement next generation omnichannel program.

  • Develop Professional Education and Thought Leader Liaison strategy to optimize peer-to-peer engagement approach.

  • Work closely with commercial excellence team to translate data into meaningful insights that shape strategy.

  • Work efficiently with external agencies, key internal partners, and cross functional groups within the organization.

  • Shape Channel Marketing Strategy and develop competitive access strategies

  • Partner with managed markets team to develop and implement pricing and payer strategies inclusive of (rebates, contracting, payer ad boards, innovative engagements).

  • Development Franchise focused Value Props for key account management and payer customers

  • Lead oncology franchise GPO and specialty pharmacy strategy and engagement.

  • Establish Trade/Distribution strategy at the franchise level (ensuring synergy between brands).

  • Identify incremental opportunities to support patient needs and drive brand performance.

  • Develop metrics plan and enhance data capture.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of overall business experience is required.

  • 5 years of pharmaceutical experience required.

  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience is required.

  • Oncology experience is preferred.

  • People management experience preferred.

  • Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen.

  • Must be interdependent with ability to thrive in fast-growing and dynamic marketplace.

  • Proven experience in the following critical business competencies: Analysis, Customer/Market Knowledge, Storytelling, Marketing Execution, Business Planning and Financial Acumen.

  • Must be capable of handling and prioritizing multiple priorities and must demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be able to partner and influence across functions and organizations to drive business goals.

  • This role is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 25% domestic and some international travel.
