We are searching for the best talent for Innovation Commercial Quality Manager to be in Sao Paulo, Sao Jose dos Campos, Bogota, Singapur, Beijing, Toronto, Turnhout, Horsham, Madrid, Titusville and South Holland.

Purpose: The Innovation Quality Manager drives the transformation and optimization of Commercial Quality (CQ) processes by leading innovative initiatives that integrate emerging technologies, process efficiency, and customer needs. This role focuses on delivering measurable improvements through simplification, efficiency, and alignment with strategic priorities.

You will be responsible for :

Innovation and Strategic Transformation

  • Support the definition and preparation of business cases for CQ’s new digital tools and processes, focusing on simplification, optimization, and measurable outcomes and value proposition, including cost-benefit analyses and projections for value realization

  • Act as a champion for fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the CQ organization

  • Collaborate with Analytics Translators, Technology Influencers, and Digital Change Leads to co-create and prioritize value-driven digital solutions

  • Design and execute strategies to eliminate inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and achieve measurable process improvements

  • Stay updated on technological advancements to identify opportunities for enhancing CQ processes and capabilities

  • Monitor and measure the impact of digital initiatives to ensure alignment with efficiency and simplification goals

  • Identify and promote opportunities to leverage cross IM/ enterprise platforms

CQ Data Insights Optimization

  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data within CQ systems to support business needs and enable data-driven decision-making

  • Analyze datasets to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and align solutions with quality and business objectives

  • Oversee CQ data governance practices to ensure quality processes are fully supported with reliable and accessible data

  • Resolve data-related issues, optimize data usage, and ensure systems are fit for purpose.

  • Program reports to meet business needs when the data is not easily accessible

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Execution

  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning digital strategies with business needs and ensuring successful execution of key initiatives

  • Partner with CQ Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HUBs and global quality teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of quality processes

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement best practices, drive process improvements, and deliver impactful digital solutions

  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities

  • Support CQ Digital Champion Lead with idea growth and collaborating to provide those capabilities (e.g. experimentation, rapid prototyping, design thinking, etc.)

  • Foster an environment to increase digital acumen, and drive data-driven culture for CQ

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a regulated industry, Quality Management, or a related field

  • Proven experience in process improvement, data stewardship, and digital transformation

  • Possess a deep understanding of both the business domain and digital capabilities (e.g. data science, data analytics, Machine Learning, etc.) to effectively interpret business requirements and translate them into digital solutions

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data governance, process standardization, and digital enablement

  • Proficiency in digital tools, data visualization platforms, and process automation technologies

  • Knowledge of analytics, data science, and emerging technologies.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration and bridge business needs with technical solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, integrate diverse quality systems, and deliver measurable improvements

  • Lean or six sigma knowledge and experience is desirable

  • Fluent English Level
