The Product Director for Immunology Health Information Technology & Access Marketing is accountable for the development and execution of the Health Information Technology strategy, as well as the payer and access marketing strategies for the Rheumatology and Dermatology franchises. The candidate will be the lead for Health Information Technology and EHR solutions for the entire Immunology Franchise.
This individual will work closely with multiple functions including Franchise Brand Marketing, Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS), Johnson and Johnson IT, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Field Sales, Medical Affairs, Real World Value and Evidence, and external partners in order to effectively develop and deliver on key access strategies and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape the Immunology Health Information Technology Strategy and gain alignment and support from leadership across Johnson and Johnson
Lead and partner with various agencies to design and deliver rep-delivered resources, customized solutions, and non-personal promotion investments
Develop local level payer and access marketing strategies for Rheumatology and Dermatology
Inform and shape brand marketing activities such as non-personal promotion
Plan & execute training/rollout of critical programs that support interactions with customers.
Partner with internal stakeholders to train various customer facing teams on key assets
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of a B.A./B.S. required
Minimum 5 years business experience is required (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Management, Market Research/Analytics, etc)
Must have excellent communication and project management skills, and an ability to influence without authority
Proven intellectual curiosity and willingness to take prudent risks – appropriately pushing boundaries to drive transformative outcomes
Strategic thinking, accountability, self-starter, and results orientation are required
Must be capable of handling and prioritizing multiple priorities
Preferred:
Immunology experience preferred
Technology and/or EHR background
People leadership experience preferred
MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
Experience with managed care, specialty pharmacies, medical benefit economics, and/or reimbursement is preferred
Excellent communication skills with experience engaging Senior Management preferred
Other:
- This position is based in Horsham, PA and may require up to 25% domestic travel.
