The Product Manager will help to execute professional marketing strategies for TALVEY®. In this role you will be developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and resources for oncology field teams and non-personal promotion. The product manager will work closely with a large, cross-functional team from Brand Marketing, Media Excellence, Advanced Analytics & Sales Leadership to develop professional marketing plans and tactics for TALVEY®.
The Product Manager will report to the Group Product Director for Professional Promotion and will serve as a core member of the brand team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop, own, and implement strategies and non-personal promotional plans supporting health care professionals. Key components will include strategic and tactical media planning, agency oversight, internal content review/approval and custom media development.
Lead promotional strategies for professional communications in digital, print, social media, and search channels from strategic vision through final execution.
Drive leadership in digital engagement in the non-personal channel including ownership over content development & implementation of omnichannel executions.
Actively lead and contribute to Professional Promotion Team responsibilities, such as field engagement, training initiatives and customer interaction along with culture-building activities.
Work efficiently with external agencies, key internal partners and cross functional groups within the organization.
Partner with internal & agency stakeholders to measure & optimize channel performance
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience
Experience with project management
Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel
Preferred:
- Experience in the oncology sector preferred
