The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the front office and for ensuring that all standard operating procedures pertaining to the front desk are followed. Assists in coordinating the activities of workers in guest registration, telephone services, and night audit to ensure the highest guest satisfaction and maximize hotel profitability. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling.This Colleague will play a crucial role in maintaining positive working relationships and resolving conflicts that may arise within the team. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate constructive communication and negotiation to reach mutually beneficial solutions.

Qualifications:
- ·A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment·Refined verbal and written communication skills·Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred·Refined verbal and written communication skills·Ability to work a flexible schedule including Weekends, Holidays and occasional Overnight Shifts·Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, Opera PMS knowledge is a plus.·Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader·High energy, effective communicator·Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
