Job Description
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, advanced electronic warfare technology efforts, and captures for next-generation capabilities within our Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Product line at BAE Systems.
Electronic Attack Solutions has a long heritage of supporting the Compass Call mission sets. Compass Call is an Airborne Electronic Attack weapon system that has been actively deployed, supported and modernized for over 30 years.
Today, BAE Systems is investing in next-generation capabilities for our Electronic Attack portfolio. Specifically, we are targeting focus areas in Scaled Electronic Attack, and broader hardware and software solutions in Electro Magnetic Battle Management (EMBM). The product area is seeking a self-motivated and energetic program manager to join a staff focused on leading the strategy, development, and capture of new markets and solution spaces. This program manager position is responsible for leading and managing a large cross-functional program team, assuring that project s financials, schedule, and technical objectives are met and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
The candidate must be able to work with Engineering and Operations leadership to ensure that development activities continue to exceed customer commitments. This role also includes participation in the support of the development of new business and in the development of proposals. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Security Clearance
- Secret
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field and 12 years Program Management, technical leadership, or other relevant work experience.
Required Skills and Education
Experience leading mid/large teams on development efforts of significant complexity
Discipline experience and/or expertise in Electronic Warfare, SIGINT, or other related disciplines
Demonstrated experience in an externally facing role, building customer relationships, leading customer interactions and discussions of a technical and/or strategic nature
Demonstrated program/project management skills or equivalent. Strong understanding of latest Program Management discipline requirements and procedures.
Experience leading major software development and integration efforts. Familiarity and experience with current development strategies and approaches.
Experience working with Integrated Master Schedules and Risk Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be cleared to Top Secret.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
