Job Description

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

The BAE Systems Electronic Attack Solutions Product Line within the CEMA Business Area is looking for an OPM II to lead our growing and dynamic Compass Call Production IPT. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall execution, management and coordination of all Operations and cross functional support. They will be the Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsible for labor and material budgets on multiple projects. They will prepare and implement project execution plans, identify, and coordinate any technical, manufacturing, and business resources needed to manage and ensure schedules are met, are on time and on budget.

The position includes overall OPM Responsibilities and Authority:

• Promote a strong sense of teamwork among personnel supporting various phases of the program

• Responsible to provide work direction for Operations personnel

• Cost Account Manager authority for Operations and for Program staff levels

• Signature authority for all Operations Plans (material, manufacturing, manpower)

• Signature authority for all Operations Program Task Descriptions (PTDs).

• The candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Opportunity to pursue PMP Certification.

• Exposure to Business winning environment through proposals and development projects.

• Experience with PPV-FAI with regards to AS9102 Standard.

• Experience with proposals.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070
