BAE Systems Senior Program Control Analyst (Hybrid) in Hudson, New Hampshire
Job Description
As a finance team member of the Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Product line, you will work the proposal, baseline, execution, and closeout process of the programs you lead. This is a unique opportunity to experience an entire program life cycle, which is not common in the ES Sector.

Project finance plans, controls, and reports program performance relating to cost and schedule according to the Earned Value Management System. Project finance is a well-rounded role that introduces an employee to the various facets of BAE Systems finance.
This role will be conducted in a hybrid work format , where the individual will split their time working on-site in Hudson, NH, and remotely . To be considered for this role, candidates must reside within a commutable distance of our Hudson, NH offices. Relocation assistance is not being considered for this role.
Responsibilities include:
Contributing program team member at meetings and reviews
Supporting program management in all financial aspects of the program, such as baselining, forecasting, reporting, and quarterly reporting
Working with the contracts department for funding, billings, and other contractual items
Creating and maintaining program baselines through earned value management
Reviewing and monitoring program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays
Developing and updating financial forecast and estimates at completion
Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements both internally and externally
Proposal support through pricing basis of estimates, compiling cost volumes, and preparing request for bid approvals (RBA)
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experience
Prior experience within a corporate finance environment, with exposure to program/project finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections
Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Prior exp. with Program Controls / Program Finance is strongly preferred
Analytical and problem solving skills
Capability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate and understandable manner
Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra
General knowledge of industry practices and standards
Experience implementing Earned Value Management processes
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
