ManpowerGroup Building Maintenance Specialist in Hudson Village, Ohio

The Building Maintenance Specialist will support building related equipment in mission critical Corporate Data Center located in Hudson, Ohio. This individual will also perform maintenance activities which include electrical, HVAC, uninterrupted power supplies and other maintenance duties.

Bring your high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years or more related experience preferred. Certifications in trade apprentice/journeyman, military technical training or state electrical and stationary engineering license are a huge plus.
Competitive Wage at $30.00 per hour
Full-Time: 40 hours
1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm for (Training Only)
2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 11:30pm
3rd shift: 11:00pm to 7:30am
Individual could be working on an off shift
Work Location: Onsite

You will be expected to:
Have advanced working knowledge of internal combustion engines.
Have advanced working knowledge of computer operation and computer programming including building automation systems.
Have advanced working skills and abilities on chillers, boilers, diagnostics, generators, and construction methods.
