Technical Account & Implementation Manager

What does a Technical Account and Implementation Manager do at Fiserv?

At Fiserv, a global leader in financial services technology, we are looking for a proactive Technical Account and Implementation Manager to ensure the seamless execution and integration of clients onto our platforms. This role is crucial in enhancing client relationships and optimizing their experience by delivering technical solutions and operational support throughout the implementation process.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide technical and operational guidance during the full lifecycle of client implementation, from setup to post-launch support.

  • Manage project timelines, scope, and costs, ensuring effective communication and alignment with client and internal expectations.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and maintain continuous interaction with stakeholders to manage expectations and project milestones.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all technical questions are addressed with clarity and precision.

  • Optimize and update implementation processes and documentation, including guides and API materials.

  • Analyze technical problems and conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues promptly.

  • Ensure adherence to Fiserv’s project methodologies and implementation management processes.

  • Make informed decisions and recommendations, utilizing a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.

What You Will Need To Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.

  • Proven experience in managing client implementations, preferably in the payments or fintech sectors.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Project, and experience with relational and non-relational databases.

  • Knowledge of project management tools like Confluence, JIRA, Clarity, and certifications in Project Management/SCRUM.

What Would Be Great To Have:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed analysis and troubleshooting.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience implementing solutions for PayFac clients and familiarity with Fiserv’s internal systems.

Salary Range

$96,200.00 - $164,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
