Manpower Healthcare Staffing Specialist/Recruiter

Great news, Manpower is hiring a new Healthcare Staffing Specialist to join our growing medical staffing team in the Teays Valley/Scott Depot office to recruit medical professionals throughout the Tri-State! This is a direct hire, internal customer-service and sales forward position where qualified applicants will find, secure, place and retain medical professionals in short or long term contract assignments. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with others, making a difference and those with strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts

• Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations

• Compile reports from personnel databases

• Review and update HR information system records

• Enforce company policies, rules and regulations

• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

​ Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary

• The best candidates offer 1-2 years of comparable work experience. A background in sales, customer service, recruiting, human resources and/or relevant business experience is nice

• Strong communication skills & detail oriented

• Strong organizational skills
