Lockheed Martin New Equipment Training Instructor in Huntsville, Alabama

Description: Develops and instructs a New Equipment Training program using classroom, on-equipment, and interactive multi-media instruction (IMI) technology for the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon System Logistics Integrated Product. Reviews operator training requirements and training environment requirements. Coordinates and communicate with a team of training instructors on course outlines, schedules, integration, and course reviews. Manages the NET training plan and works with IMI training developer to manage software configuration, updates and software releases are implemented. Participate in procedure validations and technical evaluations as required. Reviews technical documentation and develop briefings for Senior leadership on training outcomes and planning. Reviews IMI training package for technical adequacy. Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support. Plans and contributes to proposal efforts, reviewing contract materials and Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) prior to delivery.

This position is contingent upon program award expected in Spring 2024

Basic Qualifications:

• Previous experience as New Equipment Trainer within the DoD Armed Services

• Experience Developing DoD Training Briefs and Points of Instruction

• Experience developing comprehensive training plans

• Excellent proven interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Interactive Multimedia Training Software Levels 1-3

• Experienced Weapon System Equipment Instructor

Desired Skills:

• Experience developing and managing NET Programs

• Experience as an Army Instructor

• Experience performing New Equipment Training Verifications

• Experience working with Army Training Organizations

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
