What We’re Doing
Our Team, the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Regional team, is constantly engineering, developing and integrating new capabilities for the U.S. Missile Defense System. This large, fast paced team, is composed of many small agile teams working together dynamic environment with a common mission to develop and deploy leading-edge missile defense technologies.
The Work
The C2BMC-Regional Application Agile Release Train is seeking a candidate who wil be responsible for software systems engineering products for their Scrum Team, including development of software products. The applicant will be responsible for performing analysis and technical support of systems software products, including complex problem resolution, design, development, testing, operational integration, and user support.
Common responsibilities on the RA ART team include:
• Perform in-depth analysis and technical support of systems software products, including complex problem resolution, design, development, testing, operational integration, and user support.
• Provide systems engineering support for the team, including maintenance, debugging, and configuration of related software products.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Must currently hold an ACTIVE DoD Final Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this position
Experience performing software systems engineering, including software requirements development and verification, technical concept development, and software design modeling. (e.g. typical UML software products)
Experience developing software for Unix/Linux and Windows platforms.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Systems Analysis, Model-Based System Engineering, Architecture development, Virtualization, Containerization, and Cloud Computing principles.
Automated test and pipeline development experience.
Experience with Software Integration testing including developing automated test scripts.
Security +
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
