The Manager of Compliance and Privacy implements and manages the Optum360 Compliance Program at Optum360 revenue cycle end-to-end clients, including facility, physician/ambulatory and care coordination. Conducts risk assessments and develops Compliance Workplan. Coordinates with Compliance, Operations and QA to implement ongoing monitoring of standard Compliance metrics. Verifies compliance with various regulatory requirements and drives problem resolution for identified compliance and quality concerns. Develops regular status reports for client, participates in client meetings and regularly coordinates with client compliance contacts. Investigates reported Privacy and Compliance/Ethics incidents.

Implementand provide ongoing management of Optum360 Compliance Program at end-to-endclients, including facility, physician/ambulatory, care coordination and otherin scope services
Evaluatenew client compliance program, including policies and procedures, riskassessment, work plans as compared with elements of an effective ComplianceProgram as outlined in the Sentencing Guidelines and DHHS Office of InspectorGeneral guidance
Coordinatenew client Compliance transition activities, evaluating compliance risks anddeveloping mitigation plans
Coordinatewith Compliance, operations and QA teams to implement ongoing monitoring ofstandard Compliance metrics
Verifycompliance with various regulatory requirements and drive problem resolutionfor identified compliance and quality concerns
Actas a key resource and provided guidance on revenue cycle regulatoryrequirements
Providewritten and verbal status updates and reports for the client. Participate in client meetings and regularlycoordinates with client compliance contacts
Investigatereported Privacy and Compliance/Ethics incidents. Recommend and overseecorrective action plans

Bachelor'sDegree in related field
5+years of hospital healthcare compliance program experience
Certifiedin Healthcare Compliance, CHC, Certified Internal Auditor, CIA, or relatedcertification
Knowledgeand experience in HIPAA, HITECH regulatory requirements
Knowledgeof CMS and other regulatory billing requirements
Exceptionaltechnical skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strongdata analysis skills
Excellentwritten and verbal communications
Highethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
Abilityto work collaboratively with operational and client leaders
Abilityto multitask, takes the lead on projects, completes projects, collaboratewith others to Identify problems and develop resolution to problems
