As a Seasonal Casino Cocktail Server , you’ll provide fast, friendly, and personalized beverage service to guests enjoying the excitement of our casino. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere and enjoys connecting with guests in a fun and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly take and serve beverage orders to guests throughout the casino floor

• Ensure all drink orders are accurate, timely, and delivered with genuine hospitality

• Build rapport with guests and anticipate needs to enhance their casino experience

• Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and Hyatt service standards

• Maintain a clean, well-stocked service station and follow sanitation protocols

• Communicate effectively with bartenders and other team members to ensure seamless service

• Assist with opening and closing side work as needed

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

• Refined verbal communication skills.

• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a high-volume hospitality environment preferred

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain composed, organized, and positive during busy shifts

• Comfortable walking and standing for long periods, and carrying trays with drinks

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• TAM or equivalent alcohol awareness certification preferred
