This role is perfect for someone with a strong service background, upbeat personality, and passion for creating memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests in the dining room and bar area

• Offer menu and drink recommendations with enthusiasm and knowledge

• Ensure orders are accurate, timely, and delivered to Hyatt service standards

• Engage in casual, warm conversations to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas

• Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to support a smooth flow of service

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

• Refined verbal communication skills.

• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume or casual restaurant setting preferred

• Excellent communication and guest service skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weight
