Key Responsibilities

• Lead resort-based and off-site recreational and outdoor activities for guests of all ages

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local community partners and vendors

• Share expert knowledge of the resort, Lake Tahoe region, and seasonal events including hiking trails, dining options, shopping, and entertainment

• Assist with resort guest service functions, ensuring smooth communication and top-tier hospitality

• Promote safety, fun, and inclusion in every guest interaction and activity

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Confident leading both small and large groups in dynamic outdoor settings

• Physically able to stand, walk, hike, and be outdoors for extended periods

• Natural conversationalist with the ability to quickly build rapport with guests

• Demonstrates leadership, confidence, and sound decision-making during high-energy or physically demanding activities

• Comfortable engaging a group and delivering clear instructions with enthusiasm

• Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for learning

• Proficient computer skills

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid Driver’s License required; must be comfortable driving large vehicles

• Familiarity with the local terrain, trails, and North Lake Tahoe area is highly preferred
