Job Description:

As a Seasonal Guest Services Host, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests arriving at our hotel, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless check-in process. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting guests with luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and providing information about hotel amenities and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for valet parking and retrieving guests' vehicles, ensuring the safety and security of their belongings throughout their stay.Full-time and Part-time hours available!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, assisting with luggage and providing assistance as needed.

  • Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including valet parking and retrieving vehicles in a timely manner.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas, ensuring a neat and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

  • Provide assistance to guests with special needs or requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect guests and their belongings.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the Hyatt brand with pride and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and other items as needed.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for valet duties.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
