Hyatt Assistant Front Office Manager in INDIAN WELLS, California

The Assistant Operations Manager – Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping, is responsible for assisting in the oversight of entire departments. The responsibilities may include staff training, development and scheduling as well as promoting an atmosphere that insures customer and associate satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Operations Leadership Team and requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments and team members.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Cash control for agents

  • Staffing needs

  • Guest services

  • Public areas, laundry and night cleaning

  • Safety and security policies and procedures

The salary range for this position is $66,560 - $69,000. This is the pay range for this position that Hyatt Regency Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.

  • Minimum of 2 years of hospitality management experience.

  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
