We are looking for a Senior Software Developer – C / C++ /Fortran / OpenVms to develop reusable software modules that meet customer requirements while upholding high standards of reliability, security, maintainability, and performance. Assist in defining product technical architecture. Maintain and document deliverables. Documentation on existing and new developed systems will need to be created.

Responsibilities:

  • Working as production support for all applications

  • Participate in daily scrum or stand-up meeting with team members

  • Design and programming to modify or enhance functionality and performance of production applications

  • Collaboration with product owners, functional experts and other technical professionals with the organization

  • Design and develop reusable software modules that meet customer requirements while upholding high standards of reliability, security, maintainability, and performance

Qualifications:

  • 100% on site required

  • Knowledge of user stories, creation and management of sprint backlog

  • Ability and willingness to work independently or as a technical leader in a small team (2 members)

  • Can have other IT exp not related to .net in past, but needs to have it recently

  • At least three years of experience in application development using any of the following languages and technologies: Fortran or a similar procedural programming Language / C /C++

  • Proficient in Trouble shoot legacy applications and be able to enhance the requirements with Analyst for building a better software product
