The Associate Director, Strategic Relationships will execute the CERENOVUS engagement strategy with a goal of strengthening and expanding relationships with Emerging Leaders, Key Opinion Leaders and Key Customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development of customer engagement plan with a focus on Emerging Leaders in alignment with Director, Strategic Relationships and CERENOVUS Leadership.
Build and expand the network of Early Career and Emerging Key Opinion Leaders to support the CERENOVUS business imperatives.
Build and execute programs to support focused customers in partnership with Global Strategic Marketing, Regional Marketing and professional education.
Coordinate select virtual and live advisory board meetings and provide guidance on qualified experts.
Drive regular leadership engagement with identified physicians to support building the CERENOVUS brand and reputation and to acquire critical feedback for ongoing and future strategic initiatives.
Support specific professional education programs, clinical research collaboration, and other customer engagement strategies where appropriate.
Coordinate contact with identified neurovascular key opinion leaders to ensure that communications and legal contracts and collaborations are streamlined and organized.
Drive additional tasks as designated by leadership.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of experience in Neurovascular market.
10 years of experience in the medical industry or related experience
Possess existing relationships with current Neurovascular physicians in market
Strong technical knowledge of neurovascular procedure and devices.
Experience in working closely and managing key industry healthcare leaders, skilled in building strong relationships with these industry influencers
Demonstrated success of collaboration with critical internal and external stakeholders and substantial customer interface
Strong business acumen competency
Track record of driving necessary strategic change to meet changing business needs
Understands business processes, high negotiation skills and has passion to achieve sustained, superior results.
Proven track record of regional execution, and relationship management
Models Credo Values – demonstrates strong values, ethics and communication skills that establishes a culture of trust and transparency
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively influence at all levels in the organization
Ability to travel up to 50% which may include overnight and select international travel
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $234,140
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of
Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
