The ICA Innovation/Capability job family encompasses roles that focus on developing and implementing innovative strategies and capabilities within the Procter & Gamble's IT department. These roles contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the company by managing and executing small-scale projects, creating models, conducting analyses, and identifying key business building opportunities.

Job Description:

This Band 1 role within the ICA Innovation/Capability job family is responsible for managing and executing small-scale IT projects. The role involves engaging in the creation of models and conducting analyses to support decision-making processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate stewardship and execute organizational responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute small-scale IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Create models and conduct analyses to support decision-making processes.

  • Identify key business building opportunities within the IT department.

  • Demonstrate stewardship by adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Execute organizational responsibilities effectively, contributing to the overall efficiency of the IT department.

Qualifications:

  • Completed at least an undergraduate degree, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA accounting qualification).

  • Quickly learns new skills/processes and adapts to new cultures/systems.

  • Proficient in at least two job-specific skills (out of which one needs to be F&A core skill) AND at least two additional job-specific skills (out of which one needs to be F&A core).

  • Prior experience in managing small-scale projects is desirable.
