The Investment Solutions Group is responsible for providing investment insights, platforms and solutions for client serviced within Global Wealth and Investment Management including Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, Private Bank and Consumer Investments.

As a member of the Managed Investments team, this role will provide support for the Exchange Traded Products (ETP) business, which covers exchange traded funds and exchange traded notes, across the various platforms.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include monitoring the performance of a domestic discretionary or non-discretionary, advisory product, which may include managing a product within the brokerage or institutional offering. Responsibilities include working with more senior Product Specialists in developing product plans, strategies and enhancements, and performing data collection and coordination activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting ETP team leads with key product menu support and strategic initiative support

  • Manage relationships with Third-Party Asset Managers

  • Partner with CIO and Third-Party Asset Managers on product coverage and analysis

  • Maintain field facing tools and collateral such as the product website and the product listing

  • Manage the field communications process, which informs the field of key events such and fund closures and liquidations. This includes communications template management and requires partnering with key support areas, as well as direct interaction with the field

  • Manage key ETP product routines that are critical to ensuring the ETP offering is managed to our guidelines, such as reviewing new fund launches for status management, identifying special types of ETP strategies such as crypto related ETPs for unique status requirements, etc.

  • Perform data mining exercises that support the overall ETP business

  • Maintain the ETP mailbox to ensure timely and effective responses to correspondence from the field

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 plus years ETP product or financial services experience

  • Series 7 and 66 registration within 120 days of hire

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Ability to multi-task and simultaneously manage daily responsibilities and projects

  • MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • MIDAS or COGNOS, or the ability to learn data mining query tools

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
