Job Description:

Responsible for the strategic and leadership oversight of complex third party facility partner's management. Ensure the facility partner is meeting SLAs and effectively integrating all functional operations (IFM, project management, transaction management, and market planning) necessary to provide appropriate, cost-effective business solutions for LOBs while meeting corporate financial objectives and risk requirements. Anticipates and provide solutions to complex issues, challenges the status quo and influences executive leadership. Maintains a high level client relationships with senior executives across all LOBs represented in region. Coordinates with Strategy and Planning organization to ensure team has field-level information necessary to define and develop tactics that optimize the portfolio and balance LOB needs.

The Global Real Estate Services Regional Executive is responsible for leadership and strategic oversight of a third-party Vendor’s management of approximately7MM RSFportfolio in the Central US.The Regional Executive is the face of GRES for all real estate operations within their assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities:

•Ensuring that the outsourced Vendor is meeting SLAs and effectively integrating all functional operations (integrated facilities management, project management, transaction management, and market / occupancy planning) necessary to provide appropriate, cost-effective business solutions for bank lines of business while meeting corporate financial objectives and risk requirements.

•Coordinating with GRES Strategy and Planning to ensure that the team has the field-level information necessary to define and develop tactics that optimize the portfolio and balance line of business needs.

•Serving as the single escalation point for the Vendor on all regional matters requiring bank approval and direction.

•Maintaining high level client relationships with senior executives across all lines of business represented in region.

•Representing Bank of America, in conjunction with Legal, on all facilities-related litigation and act as the bank’s representative on all matters in which the Vendor cannot, or is not best-suited, to act on behalf of bank (e.g. presentations to zoning boards/city councils, commercial disputes with bank clients and/or problematic landlords, etc).

Required Qualifications:

•Must have significant experience within a retail bank specifically in a real estate capacity

•Experience repositioning a new building for staff and support

•Core understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals preferably with complex transactions and/or facilities management experience

•Drives strategy for the group while being a hands-on player

•Able to work in a fast paced and complex global organization

•Strong internal and external conflict resolution skill set

•A strong understanding of corporate culture inclusive of the impacts of real estate on operational, reputational, and regulatory risk

•Seasoned professional with ability to effectively communicate with and influence executive leadership across multiple business lines

•Comfortable self-solving problems and issues; is highly self-directed

•Demonstrates a business perspective to the work of the group; brings a point of view to these discussions; quickly establishes effective partnerships
