Purpose:

Entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision. Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall manufacturing deployment strategy. Applies theoretical knowledge of the manufacturing deployment field to carry out procedures and plans for the area.

Job Description :

THE SENIOR MANUFACTURING SUPPORT COORDINATOR WILL:

  • Helps to implement programs and innovative initiatives for the manufacturing deployment area, under direct supervision.

  • Contributes to basic components of projects, programs, or processes for the manufacturing deployment area.

  • Conducts basic trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organization's manufacturing deployment strategy.

  • Analyzes basic functions of large-scale business initiatives to ensure progress is monitored, risks are managed, and key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

  • Supervise, drive, and update weekly plant OPP metrics

  • Supervise and drive weekly plant WIP metrics

  • Update and drive department Corrective Information investigations for Non-Conformance events

  • Supervise department quality events for trends

  • Conduct and assist in CAPA investigations

  • Attend monthly department quality reviews

  • Supervise department Backorders and expedite product release

  • Identify and resolve aging WIP

  • Report Non-Conformance updates in daily production meetings

  • Partner with numerous departments to drive product return/release/destruct

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an Associate Degree, Vocational Technology Certificate (Trade School), Military Training or equivalent is required.

  • A minimum of six (6) years of professional business experience is required.

  • Must be able to demonstrate the positive impact to several aspects of the business

  • Prior leadership experience is preferred.

  • Must be able to identify, describe, and give examples of addressing variation in the manufacturing process.

  • A good understanding of Stats as well as being able to pull production data is required.

  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory issues is required

  • Knowledge of quality systems is a preferred

  • This position is located in Jacksonville, FL.

Other:

  • This position will require up to 10% travel.

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $ $61,000 – $97,750

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
