This Senior Financial Analyst role will provide key business decision support, strategic analyses, and reporting for Vision Care Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:
Provide Supply Chain financial leadership for expense and capital related areas to Jacksonville Contact Lens manufacturing plant.
Managing CNIS by partnering closely with Supply Chain and FP&A to understand potential risks and opportunities, providing variance and trend analysis.
Framing results and forecast updates to FP&A and broader Supply Chain leaderships on all key Supply Chain metrics including Gross Profit, CNIS, Inventory, Headcount and Capital.
High visibility role with opportunities to present and interact with management and various finance groups.
Opportunity to support cross-functional projects.
Prepare ad-hoc reporting & performance analytics.
Exhibit signs of leadership qualities of Connect, Shape, and Deliver to complete Commercial related requests while working collaboratively with the team.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
A minimum of 4 years professional experience is required.
A CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications are preferred.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e.: VLOOKUP functions, formulas, pivot tables) required.
Must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions.
