Besides this, this role is responsible to develop and motivate change strategies to ensure the critical people capabilities are built in to bring to realization changes in our business processes, governance structures, and organizational design. This includes defining and centralizing of communication, training and organizational readiness plans, flawless implementation of organizational changes, and ensuring full partner engagement and business readiness.

As Business Unit HR Intern/Coop, you will:

  • Serve as the primary HR business partner for the assigned client group, being a facilitator, trusted advisor and coach on all HR related issues.

  • Provide group and one-on-one coaching with senior leaders on a variety of human capital issues: leadership development, business decision-making, human resources management, problem solving and performance management... You partner with people leaders to grow diverse leadership, talent, and technical capability pipeline.

  • Lead sector HR initiatives either through direct or matrixed reporting relationships. You support or lead HR Project roll outs.

  • Partner with business leaders to shape culture, Credo, employee engagement and change initiatives and implementation plans.

  • In partnership with Business Leaders, you identify key capabilities aligned with business goals, conduct gap analysis and develop and implement appropriate strategies. You implement effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change, e.g. acquisition, internal growth, restructurings. 

  • Support the business leaders in an efficient implementation of key global/standardized HR processes in the following areas: succession planning, career management, performance management and talent development

  • Create and oversee the implementation of HR plans and programs related to organizational design, capability building and change.

  • Create and facilitate structures and strategies to improve individual and organizational performance and to enable the organization to accomplish its goals.

  • Advise and counsel leaders and managers in resolving complex employee relations issues. You educate clients on the appropriate application of HR tiers.

  • Use analytics tools to derive insights to inform talent and HR strategies in support of local, sector, regional and/or enterprise business goals. You develop and leverage HR Dashboard of talent analytics & insights to inform talent strategies in the development of diverse leadership talent and technical capabilities across the business.

  • Play a consultative role in employee communication initiatives within client groups.

  • Partner with Specialist Groups to ensure coordination of HR strategies and processes across the organization.

  • Support the implementation of organizations and cultures that drive innovation and employee engagement.

  • Support the implementation of appropriate HR solutions aligned with business direction.

  • Model and live the Credo values.

  • Connect & influence supply chain & project collaborators to drive the integration of Talent Development, Training, and change management into the End to End Supply Chain and people management processes

  • Drive business adoption and training capabilities for the Operating Model

  • Define, align, and implement / govern strategies and roadmaps for talent development, training, and change management capabilities

  • Identify and develop new culture and capability building initiatives working closely with the site, Business Excellence, Learning & development and HR teams

  • Drive the Change Management to develop the organization towards the desired culture with the right capabilities for today and tomorrow!

  • Complete all HCC Audit MAP actions within deadlines and meet all applicable Compliance (i.e. HCC/HCBI/Anti-Corruption/FCPA/US-GCC/Privacy) requirements, including HCC pre-approvals (where necessary) and training requirements (goal = 100% compliance).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply chain, Business, Human Resources, or another related field.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Required:

  • Business Unit HR experience in a supply chain or technical environment.

  • Experience in managing and working with a multi-regional and multi-functional team in a cross-functional environment

  • Experience successfully implementing change across multiple organizations with our key business partners

  • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation and interpersonal relation skills, to lead, influence and coach across multiple geographies and cultures

  • Able to build strong relationships based on trust

  • Possesses creativity to initiate and activate People & Culture initiatives in a dynamic environment

  • Change leadership skills: influence a positive change and serve as an advocate for change. Leads by example and encourages others to follow.

  • Embraces the team open way of working and suggests and implements improvements. Takes initiative in solving problems and drive topics.

  • Open and enthusiastic with an energetic demeanor

  • Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English

PREFERRED:

  • Change Management certification

  • Project Management certification

  • Lean / 6S Green Belt or equivalent certification Professional coaching certification
