Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Shape the vision / roadmap for and steer the squad in delivering products / platforms features / work oriented around business impact.
Shape the overall Engineering and Technology architecture definition, roadmap, and technical decisions for the product in coordination with the Product Group Engineer and BU Architect. Accountable for ensuring that technical implementation is aligned to the BU Architecture vision, economic framework and business needs.
Work with squads to problem-solve technical challenges and implement solutions, using the squad technology strategy as a guide.
Drive development and selection of technical solution options (from the approved list of solutions) and test concepts / potential solutions with users.
Shape and prioritize backlog, applying business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria.
Approve all documentation related to the product.
Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing requirements and features, optimizing cost, and improving delivery efficiency.
Plan resourcing for the squad (i.e. new role, change in role), create Technology Services Engage requests, interview, select and onboard members to join the squad.
Accountable for shaping and hitting squad OKRs.
Work closely with business partners to establish the products’ business value and support messaging, communications, and customer outreach as necessary. Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Interact with other Squads within the Product / Platform as part of synchronization ceremonies to implement cross-squad tasks.
Collaborate to ensure all partners are clear on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies, and timelines.
Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; leads and optimizes the flow of value using various tools and reporting cadence.
Lead issue resolution with Network and business partners for SAP eWM WMS.
Support issue resolution with WCS, Infrastructure, external suppliers, and business partners for WMS application/s.
Partner with TL's and TS to scope, define, and implement changes and projects.
Work with Security Risk Management, Infrastructure, and DC Operations teams on cyber risk remediation.
Roadmap planning with Deliver organization.
Work with the DC operations and QA team for site audits.
Work with vendor management team/s for SOWs and Purchase Orders.
Qualifications
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
A minimum of 5-7 years of Supply Chain, Supply Chain IT and/or relevant business experience within healthcare.
Proficiency in end-to-end supply chain processes with strong business insight into Distribution/Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems is required.
Experience as SAP eWM WMS techno-functional is a must. Need to have done at least two SAP eWM warehouse implementations.
WCS (Exacta) and WES are required. Warehouse control systems such as SI, Dematic, BOSS, RFID, conveyors, and VLM’s are an asset.
Knowledge of S/4 HANA is preferred.
Data driven. Must be able to identify AI/ML opportunities in a real-time DC Ops environment.
Innovative and AI first mindset.
Proficiency in SDLC methodologies including waterfall, agile and Scaled Agile.
Strong leadership, communication, and social skills.
Demonstrated leadership, influencing and people development skills.
Demonstrated technical proficiency in supply chain technologies/systems.
A solid understanding of the business imperatives and issues facing all teams with the company and/or corporate landscape.
Ability to communicate the complexities in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
A high tolerance for ambiguity is required and effective management skills.
Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by tapping into their expertise in product development, engineering, and UX.
Deep understanding of business/processes and high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery.
Experienced in leading a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attend product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up).
Experienced in developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and collaboration (e.g., digital self, precision marketing, DAM, immersive technology
Experienced in applicable domain/products and in the tech stack used within the Product Group.
Has solution-specific process/capability knowledge.
Experience leading the selection, build, and integration of platforms including data management, API architecture/design, and Cloud Native technologies.
Experience owning products / platforms over their lifecycle in a multi-team / channel context.
Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience.
Foundational skills (at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technology.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
