Position Description

What does a great (Financial Analyst) do?

What does a great Financial Analyst do? Rotating through either corporate and business unit finance or accounting functions, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of projects that will have a meaningful impact on the business while building skills to become a leader in the FinTech industry. Rotations in this program include but are not limited to: Corporate FP&A, Security & Fraud Product, Card Services, Tax, and Treasury. Each rotation aligns with 9 core skillsets that we expect FAs to build over their time in the program. As a part of the Financial Analyst Rotational Program, you can look forward to consistent feedback and evaluation, access to over 5000 internal trainings, a mentorship program, and exposure to our senior leaders. Conducts and documents moderate to complex financial analysis projects.

Responsibilities and tasks may include:

  • Prepares financial and business-related analysis and research in such areas as financial expense performance, budgeting, costing, rate of return, depreciation and working capital

  • Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, general business conditions and other related areas

  • Active role in monthly, quarterly and annual system forecasting across the company

  • Responds to pricing requests by preparing pricing models and communicating pricing sales management

  • Upload journal entries to our financial system, help with accounts receivable, payable, and bank statement reconciliation

Basic Qualifications for Consideration :

Recent Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math or Economics

Ability to effectively use Excel and PowerPoint, and have a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly

Oracle, SAP, Tableau and PowerBi experience a plus

Capability to balance multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively meet deadlines

Ability to think strategically and communicate clearly

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

Minimum GPA of 3.0, 3.5 or above preferred

Travel required : Minimal Travel
