Title: Settlement Auditor - 56654
As a Settlement Auditor for John Deere Financial in Johnston, Iowa, you will oversee incoming data flow from dealers and review settlement information for completeness. In addition, you will:
Audit dealer settlements based on the published guidelines and policies
Audit used equipment finance transactions to ensure guidelines are met
Review appropriate supporting documentation for credits, including floor plans, retail notes and leases and incentive bonuses and rentals
Follow-up on discrepancies identified in the settlement processes and various reports
Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
What Skills You Need
Experience in customer service or in a business-related field working with external customers and/or dealers
Proven ability to build strong working relationships and focus on the needs of the customer and dealer
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment, positively deal with changes, and demonstrate high personal work standards
Experience utilizing attention to detail to review data/documents for accuracy and completion
Experience with written and verbal communications
Experience working with multiple products, systems and processes
Experience working with Canada, Construction and Forestry (C&F) or Commercial Construction Equipment (CCE) dealers
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience using various computer applications/programs Microsoft Office
One or more years’ experience working in the finance industry
Education (or equivalent work experience)
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent work experience
