What will you do?

A day in the life of a Waving Supervisor at VF looks a little like this.

In this position you will be responsible for getting work waved to support the shifts picking volume, supervision of the IC department and managing returns.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

• Generate work throughout the DC

• Ensures fiscal responsibility targets are met including; budgets and forecasts, cost control and reporting as it relates to labor planning and supplies

• Provide supervisory leadership to area associates to ensure outstanding service to internal and external customers.

• Establishes workload priorities and provides clear daily objectives for the area under supervision.

• Ensure full compliance with VF policies and procedures

What do you need to succeed?

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 2 years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

• Strong organization and communication skills

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

• Microsoft Access

• SQL statements

Hiring Range :

$56,000.00 USD - $70,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
