Job Description:

This position is a critical role in the monitoring and driving of Outbound Call Delivery performance for Collections and Recovery with specific focus on Consumer Card and Consumer Vehicle Lending products. Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: data analysis, presenting analysis to business leaders, participate and at times drive call delivery projects through the change management process, and assist the development and monitoring of key call delivery strategy metrics. The Outbound Call Delivery team contributes to lowering delinquencies and reducing losses by maximizing client contact through outbound calling strategies.

The Consumer Production Strategic Analyst III will primarily create analytics using SQL. Ideal candidates should possess intermediate to advanced programming and analytics experience with SQL in order to maintain/enhance existing productivity reports. SAS programing experience a plus. The ability to self-start and find drivers of outlying metrics through data mining with little direction is highly desired.

Required Skills:

  • Intermediate to Advanced SQL Programming Experience

  • Data Mining

  • Understanding of call center performance metrics, processes, systems, and technologies

  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems

  • Skilled with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) specifically the ability to create and manipulate pivots from raw data and create high quality presentations

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of Collections and Recovery

  • Familiarity with Consumer Card and Consumer Vehicle Lending products, operations, strategies

  • SAS experience a plus

  • Understanding of Collections and Recovery and Enterprise data repositories
