THE WORK
The selected candidate will be the Subcontract Program Manager responsible for all cost, schedule, and technical performance aspects of a large, complex, CPFF, development subcontract for a classified program. Position includes both (weekly) on-site work and telework (virtual), and candidate must be willing to travel 3-5 times per quarter.
Position is highly visible within Lockheed Martin and Customer leadership.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: leading programmatic and technical meetings with the subcontractor, management of the subcontractor's Earned Value baseline (cost and schedule), management of all subcontractor budget and funding allocations/limitations, resolving any issues creating risk to subcontractor performance, management of any Customer driven changes and their impact to the subcontractor, managing subcontractor proposals, communication with leadership, and participation in Customer meetings.

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ experience in Program Management or Subcontract Management
• Control Account Management (CAM) certified with CAM experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Proposal experience
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance or ability to quickly obtain clearance
Desired Skills:
• CAM experience on a Cost-Plus Incentive Fee contract
• Experience managing a Red or Yellow Program and/or Subcontract
• Demonstrated technical aptitude
• Risk management experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
