Lockheed Martin is seeking a Security Representative Associate in a high paced secure environment supporting multiple customers and missions. The candidate will support multiple aspects of the security organization to include program security and program protection. You will be at the start of new programs and missions. The candidate will learn to interpret and implement the NISPOM, DoDM, JAFAN, DCID, and ICD manuals and directives. The candidate will learn physical security requirements for SCIF and SAPF construction. The candidate must possess and demonstrate superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be able to partner with internal and external customers and teammates. The candidate is responsible for keeping up to date on all changes to security policy and directives issued by cognizant Government Security organizations. Candidate must be a self-starter and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be able to demonstrate sound judgment and a strong attention to detail. Candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified programs.

Ability to obtain a Secret/Top Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors’ degree in Cyber, Security, Criminal Justice or related degrees from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Desired Skills:

-Prior experience in industrial security.

-Excellent written and oral communication skills.

-Strong interpersonal skills.

-Good computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs.

-Willingness and ability to travel.

Strong Presentation Skills; Experience with Classification Marking and Document Reviews; Knowledge and ability to prepare DD Form 254 desirable. Current Defense Security Service (DSS) Facility Security Officer (FSO) Certification from CDSE for possessing facilities. Prior SAP/SAR and SCI Security experience, JAFAN, DoD directive and ICD knowledge a plus.
