We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our Victor program area team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure in support of the Victor program. This is a technical role that requires a strong background in IT engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure for the Victor program

Collaborate with program management, engineering, and operations teams to identify and prioritize IT requirements and develop solutions to meet program needs

Develop and maintain IT architectures, designs, and technical standards to ensure alignment with program requirements and industry best practices

Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality solutions

Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, as needed

Ensure IT systems and infrastructure are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and Lockheed Martin policies and procedures

Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in IT, and apply this knowledge to improve IT systems and infrastructure

Basic Qualifications:

- Top Secret Clearance is required prior to start and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI is required

- Operating Systems Installation and Hardening (Windows or Linux)

- Certification in IT Security, such as CompTIA or ISC2 is required prior to start

Desired Skills:

- Strong technical background in IT systems and infrastructure, including experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and creatively

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Experience with IT engineering methodologies, such as Agile

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
