Lockheed Martin Systems Engineering Product Owner, SPACE – Clearance Required in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Lockheed Martin Space in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a full-time Product Owner, leading the Stormbreaker Polaris Team. The individual will lead a core team of system engineers, to craft and build innovative solutions for our customers. In this role, you will develop and deliver requirements, engineering artifacts and verification activities for mission management, command and control, collection orchestration and tasking, processing, data analysis and analytics along with premier operations and sustainment capabilities of space- based programs in support of national security. The successful candidate will manage the backlog and execution of the team's commitments with an agile approach and mindset. They will be responsible for supporting the development of the team's roadmap in partnership with the Product Manager and various functional stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the design, development, and implementation of the product roadmap. They will support product team meetings and gather continuous user-centered feedback to inform critical design and prioritization decisions in consultation with the Product Manager.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in at least one of these skill areas: System software & scripting development, software programming, system analysis & design, software design & development, software integration & test

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, or similar role, in systems engineering or software development

•Demonstrated experience leading multi-functional, agile teams

•Demonstrated experience coordinating across stakeholders

•Excellent communication skills; capable of effectively communicating across a multitude of functional areas

•Strong command of JIRA, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.

• Valid TS/SCI prior to start

•Ability to create and present clear and concise executive-level communications and presentations

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
