The Lockheed Martin Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program Reentry Operations Center Planning Group is searching for an entry level Production Planner to join our Reentry Body Complex (RBC) planning team located in Kings Bay, GA .

Primary duties include:

• Collaborate with production and customer stakeholders to develop classified and unclassified short range production schedules based on operational requirements.

• Present production schedules to customers and stakeholders at site production meetings.

• Represent RBC at external meetings and working groups.

• Maintain databases with critical asset information, ensuring proper resources are available for production teams.

• Collaborate with production and logistics stakeholders to plan and execute the movement of assets to and from production buildings and storage locations.

• Brief management on production schedules, metrics and issues requiring additional support.

• Gather and analyze metrics to make data driven recommendations for production operations and provide exceptional customer service for internal and external customers.

• Prepare and submit production completion reports to appropriate stakeholders.

• Represent RBC at daily business rhythm meetings with internal and external customers.

Additional special projects will also be assigned based on the needs of the program. This job may require travel as necessary to support relevant projects (less than 10%).

**This position requires an Interim Top Secret clearance prior to start, with the ability to obtain a final Top Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship required. The successful candidate cannot have dual citizenship. **

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

• Experience analyzing data and developing comprehensive production schedules.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Have the ability to achieve and maintain qualification in the SWFLANT Personnel Reliability Program (PRP).

• US Citizenship required (no dual citizenship)

• The ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD

• Be proficient with scheduling software.

• 3 years of direct Fleet Ballistic Missile program experience.

• Demonstrate high quality/error free output.

• Be willing and able to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.

• Have proven flexibility and adaptability to constantly changing requirements.

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Take initiative/display self-motivation, industrious work habits.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
