Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst with domain expertise in the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and domain expertise in IT systems and processes, including sales and operations planning, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, market segmentation, and customer engagement. In addition, the candidate will possess strong knowledge of the SAP and OMP technologies. The IBP Analyst will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to support the implementation and optimization of IBP systems and processes. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions and business processes, ultimately driving efficiency and effectiveness in our IBP operations.

 Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary contact for IT-related matters pertaining to IBP. Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end IBP process and associated systems, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.  System Implementation and Optimization: Collaborate with IT Teams, business stakeholders , and external vendors to implement and optimize IBP systems. This includes requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.  Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the IBP process by identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining workflows, and enhancing data integrity. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and drive operational excellence.  Data Integration and Governance: Ensure seamless integration of data across multiple systems and platforms, maintaining data integrity and accuracy. Develop and enforce data governance standards to ensure compliance and reliability of IBP data.  Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to understand requirements and provide IT solutions that align with their needs.  Training and Documentation: Partner with key stakeholders to develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate end users on IBP systems and processes. Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes and best practices.  Up-to-Date with Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in IBP and IT domains. Apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.  Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or IT-adjacent roles, with a focus on IBP or related Supply Chain processes.  Deep understanding of end-to-end IBP processes, including sales and operations planning, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, market segmentation, and customer engagement.  Proficiency in IBP technologies, including OMP, SAP MM/PP as well as basic data science knowledge (forecasting, supply chain optimization).  Solid understanding of data integration, data governance, and master data management principles.  Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.  Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.  Certifications in APICS, Industrial Engineering or relevant Supply Chain management domains are a plus.
